Day 96 Victor Harbour
Eventually left Fisherman’s Bay after almost being driven out by the heat, did I mention it was hot 🙂
Headed south, just glancing Adelaide and rode down South Road all the way to Cape Jervis where there really isn’t much.
A section of the road was particularly pleasant to ride at my usual law sensitive speed.
Was too early or late to catch a ferry and so decided that I would travel to and spend the night in Victor Harbour. This is a very nice place with a relaxed feel about it, good pubs and food.
Rang Briz and asked about the best place to view the mouth on the mighty Murray River and ended up here! I guess there is a mouth in there somewhere.
After a few beers and some food, I wandered along the jetty to Granite Island and by chance ended up part of a guided group looking for penguins and seals, saw a few, got bored with nature and left.
