Cape Keraudren Day ?

Packed up ready to leave Port Hedland after a quick walk along the beachfront. It had been great to spend two days here to rest up.
Starting to really warm up and was very evident with all the bike gear on even though I finally removed the liners. We headed further east to Cape Kenaudren only 160kms up the road. I am still amazed by the lack of bugs up here, I can’t remember the last time I had to clean the screen on my helmet.
The road in to the campground was corrugated red dirt and the “Bird was starting to look a bit worse for wear. The water is a beautiful blue but is constantly either coming or going as a result of enormous tides up to 10m. Briz and I walked ‘across the other side’ when the tide was out (with beer in hand) and found some interesting critters as well as cutting my foot open.
Red-Dust

The ‘Bird has definitely been in places that it was never designed for.
